Dr. Keith Chapman, DDS, is the owner of Williamson Aesthetics & Wellness in Franklin, TN, a practice that brings BTL facial aesthetics and mental wellness technology under one roof. He grew up in San Antonio, Texas, studied at Texas A&M University and earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio in 1998. He first came to middle Tennessee for an associate dental position, and for the Nashville songwriting scene. As owner, he leads the practice and its Exomind mental wellness program, built on one simple idea: listen to each client’s needs and goals before recommending anything.

The mission Dr. Chapman set for Williamson Aesthetics & Wellness is to help clients look, feel and function better. That starts with a conversation, not a device. Every visit begins by listening to what a client wants and why, and clients often say the understanding, listening ear is what they value most.
His reason for bringing Exomind to Franklin is personal. After his years of work abroad, he faced his own battle with PTSD, anxiety and depression, and he has chosen to share that story openly. It is a large part of why he wanted a drug-free, non-invasive wellness option available close to home, offered with honesty about what it is and what it is not.
Outside the practice he is a father of four, with a foster son in Liberia, two step-daughters, two granddaughters and his famous dog, Dood. He is an avid surfer, a marathoner (inspired by his wife, Ninette) and a triathlete, and a movie buff who has recently begun acting in and producing short films.
